Ladybug's Twice a Month, Monthly or Quarterly LANDSCAPE PLANT CARE Order Form

LADYBUG RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Quarterly plant care is 4 service visits per year to help you keep up with yard care and supplement what you do, it is not meant to be a full servicing or clean up of the yard, some care by client between Ladybug visits required. Monthly landscape plant care is 12 service visits per year to help maintain your planting beds, shrubs and small trees. Twice a month service is 24 service visits per year. The initial term of service is 12 months for monthly and quarterly service, month to month thereafter. Service may be canceled at anytime per the terms of the service agreement. Supplemental lawn care on the once a month visits is available by special arrangement, otherwise lawn care is not included. A full description of Ladybug's landscape plant care service is in the Residential Service Agreement. For combined landscape plant and lawn care please sign up for the weekly Lawn & Plant Care package. A $64.⁹⁵ fully refundable deposit is required to start service Your refundable deposit activates our agreement and gets you set up for the convenient automatic paperless payment method of your choice.

What to Expect - Step by Step

1) After you read the Ladybug Residential Service Agreement and have received a quote from Ladybuglawn please fill out and submit the service order form below. It takes on average about three to four minutes to complete.

2) Upon submission of your service order you will be taken to our Deposit Payment page where you will link into our secure payment system in order to select your payment method and to provide your fully refundable deposit to start service. The method of payment used for the deposit will be used for the recurring payments in our paperless auto-pay system.

3) Ladybug will then send you an email usually on the next business day to confirm your order and with your service schedule.

Our regular office hours and hours of operation are normally Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Please don't hesitate to call Ladybug Lawn at (916) 941-9600 if you have questions and please note that you may always cancel your service at anytime following the terms in the service agreement.
